Won't charge and computer dosen't pick up
I just came on here to see about the same problem and tried a different USB port while reading these solutions. Well, we don't have one in the back, all ports are on the sides of the computer.
I put the stick back into a side slot and then sort of pushed it up where it wasn't looking like it slanted downward. the light started flashing for charging!
I think what happens is the USB connector gets loose. Same thing happened to one of our wireless mouse sensors.
Hope this helps!
What type of speakers can I get for the Hanna Montana mix stick ? Does it hook up to any compatable to an MP3 player ?
Be sure to try all the USB ports on your computer. The player will use all 500 milliamps that a USB port can provide to charge its battery. In most cases the back ports will provide all 500 milliamps to the player so try that. If you're using a USB hub then make sure you're connecting the player directly to the back of the computer instead.
If that doesn't work then take them back for a replacement or contact Digital Blue customer service for warranty replacement.
Disney Mix Stick 2.0 MP3 Player
Question:
How do I add songs to my Mix Stick 2.0?
Answer:
Hook the Mix Stick 2.0 up to an available USB port on your computer using the provided USB cable. Once the computer finishes loading the drivers for the Mix Stick 2.0, you can open the My Computer icon (or Computer in the Start Menu if you have Vista) and see the Disney Mix Stick 2.0 icon or the Removable Disk icon. You can then drag and drop your songs into the Mix Stick 2.0 or use the Sync feature in Windows Media Player to sync your existing tracks from Windows Media Player to the Mix Stick 2.0. Be sure to properly disconnect the Mix Stick 2.0 from your computer. For further assistance with this issue, please watch our video tutorial located here for a step-by-step walkthrough of this process.
