Master reset i forgot my security code and have tried other codes such as 123456 and 000000 but it keeps telling me security code is incorrect, is there any other numbers that i can use to perform a master reset

What is your mobile and model ?
If you forgot the security code you have to reset you mobile....... Its the only way to use your mobile again. After resetting you can enter a new security code again.

If you changed it and forgot it,then. you need master code to reset it.To do this
1.Find out your IMEI code and go to the site

2.Type incorrect security code until they ask for master code.
3.Then enter the master code .

This will reset your phone's security code to 12345.

357593006548708.........for this phone try resetting the phone or formatting by entring *#7870# for resetting and *#7370# for formatting in any of the case you should have your original number which is 12345 as the new code after resetting of formating but for formtting you would lose every contacts so you are advice to keep a copy of every important dorcument.

for nokia 5300 also try resetting or formatting to restore the usual pin code "12345" and to do this first copy all contacts and information need first even is restting it(which you do not lose any information) ........... to reset enter *#7870# and to formate enter *#7370# please try the first method before proceeding to the second one.
