your CF-73 has "integrated" 256MB of memory, and supports a maximum addition of 1GB of RAM.
The web-site says about $33, which _definitely_ is a good investment to speed-up your computer.

RESET BIOS JUST REMOVE BATTERY AND DISCONNECT FROM POWER .. ALSO DISCONECT BIOS BATTERY TO RESET BIOS , AND BIOS PASWORD

I have a panasonic toughbook cf-73 every time i install the video driver I get lines on my screen.. I installed the inf chip first but got the same results.. is there anyone who can help

You need to reinstall the Operating system also once you boot you need to go to CMOS setup and select Restore default settings , so its all default factory settings .. to know more email me
