How do I get the alarm off - Timex Atlantis 100 77517 Wrist Watch

In the Alarm Mode, use D to scroll through the alarm screens until the one whose time you want to set is displayed.

2. Hold down A for about two seconds until the alarm time starts to flash. This is the setting mode.
3. Press C to move the flashing between the hour and minute settings.
4. While a setting is flashing, use D (+) and B (-) to change it.

• When setting the alarm time using the 12-hour format, take care to set the time correctly as a.m. (no indicator) or p.m. (P indicator).

To test the alarm
In the Alarm Mode, hold down D to sound the alarm.
To turn an alarm and the Hourly Time Signal on and off

1. In the Alarm Mode, use D to select an alarm or the Hourly Time Signal.

• When the alarm you want or the Hourly Time Signal is displayed, press A to toggle it between on and off
• The alarm on indicator (when any alarm is on), snooze alarm indicator (when the snooze alarm is on), and the Hourly Time Signal on indicator (when the Hourly Time Signal is on) are shown on the display in all modes.

To stop the alarm
Press any button.

Set multiple alarms. If any alarm is active,(picture of alarm hear) appears in time display A. Press MODE repeatedly until ALARM appears, followed by ALM1. Press STOP/RESET to select Alarm to set. B. Press SET/RECALL to set alarm. HOURS digits will flash. Press +/- to change HOURS. C. Press NEXT and +/- to set MINUTES, AM or PM (if primary time display is in 12-hour format), DAILY, WKDAYS, WKENDS, or day of the week (weekly alarm). D. Press DONE to exit. E. Press +/- to set different Alarm. Set as above. F. In Alarm mode, press START/SPLIT to turn Alarm ON or OFF. TIP: Alarms apply to selected Time Zone of watch display. Pull out the crown to the alarm setting position. The crown is located on the right side of the face of the watch. Pull the crown out until "AL", the alarm indicator, is shown on the watch. Depending upon the model of your Tag Heuer Aquaracer watch, you will either pull the crown out in the first or second position.

Select the hours and minuets for the alarm. Once your watch is in the alarm setting position, press the bottom right button on your watch. This will enable you to select the hours and minuets that you want to set the alarm for.

Set your alarm. To begin setting your alarm turn the crown clockwise until the desired hour or minutes are displayed on your Tag Heuer Aquaracer watch. If you happen to accidentally pass the alarm time, turn the crown counter-clockwise the get back to the desired alarm time.

Save your alarm. When you are ready to save your alarm, simply push in the crown. Once your alarm sounds, to silence it press any button on your Tag Heuer Aquaracer watch.

there are two reasons for this while changing the battery the small coil sping that operates the alarm as fell out or you av put the back on in the wrong position

If you have Alarms on, you will see a small bar above the Alarm numbers (1 to 5).
Press the Mode button to get to Alarm mode. You will see Bell AL on the top. Use Reverse/Forward to switch to the Alarm you want to turn off. The Alarm number will increase/decrease on the right of the time.
Use the 12/24Hr button to cycle through the Alarm options.
When the Alarm bar is blank, the alarm s/b off.

Alarm Mode.

2. Press 'A'. Alarm Hours flash. Press 'C' to advance the

Alarm Hour.

3. Press 'B'. Alarm Minutes flash. Press 'C' to advance the

4. Press 'B'. Alarm Time Zone flashes. Press 'C' to select

either Time Zone 1 or Time Zone 2.

NOTE: The Alarm is available in one Time Zone only.

5. Press 'A' to end set sequence.

6. Press 'B' to return to Time Telling Mode.

ACTIVATING THE ALARM AND HOURLY CHIME

1. While in Alarm Mode, press 'C' to activate the Alarm.

The Alarm symbol appears to indicate the Alarm will

sound at the preset Alarm Time for 20 seconds or until

'A', 'B' or 'C' is pressed.

2. Press 'C' again to activate the Hourly Chime.

"CHIME" appears to indicate the Hourly Chime will sound

every hour on the hour.

3. Press 'C' again to deactivate the Alarm.

4. Press 'C' again to deactivate the Hourly Chime.
5. Press 'B' to return to Time Telling Mode.

Man what an aggravating problem! Try this procedure.

1. To turn the daily alarm and time signal on and off:

2. In the Alarm mode, press "B" , upper right button, to cycle throught the on and off settings as follows:

Alarm on Indicator/Hourly Time Signal On Indicator
a. }}}} with Bell = Both alarms on
b. Display Blank = Both alarms OFF
c. }}}} = Daily alarm on only
d. Bell = Hourly time signal on only

The Alarm ( }}}} ) indicator flashes while the alarm is sounding.

The Alarm ( }}}} ) indicator and hourly time signal on BELL indicator are displayed in all modes.

To Test The Alarm: In Alarm Mode, hold down the "B" to sound the alarm.

Press Receive until alarm # shows AL1-4 or Sig
Press Time/Memo to change alarm on or off. On is shown by indicator next to alarm name.

using the button at bottom left of watch, set to the alarm mode and press the button at bottom right to toggle between alarm settings. The bell and wave symbols will appear and disappear on top left of watch display.
