Remove your server hard disk and slave the disk to another computer (preferrably a server type computer).
Change the permissions of the folders on the disk to belong to an account holder on the computer the disk is connected to. When done, copy all your files to the system disk.
You can now format the disk and install the server operating system software with other software and utilities you have to setup. Don't forget to setup networking.
If you or your computer have a computer engineer or a company consulted for these purposes, they should be left with this responsibility because it required technical experience.

If you are using a server OS and never created a password recovery disk, you'll have to reinstall the server OS. Due to the strong security settings in server based OS's, there is no way to "break in" to the server without the password. It's this way to prevent unauthorized access to the server.
