When i start a download its saying no certificates on phone or sim what i must do to obtain the certificates

you disable certificate for this application for this service from setting phone setting and try again

my nokia 6500s-1 phone is having problem when downloading. It will write certificate not on phone or sim, pls i need your help

AUTHORITY CERTIFICATES

Reinstall your phones firmware using nokia softwareupdater. It will solve all these problems.Goodluck

Hi,your sim card is locked and the only code that can unlock your sim card is the puk(personal unlocking key) code which is generated by your service provider for your sim card alone.

Your PUK code can only be obtained from your service provider,so this is the solution,

Contact your service provider customer care and request for your PUK code with proof of ownership of your sim card.

The PUK code will be giving to you for free.

You can also obtain your PUK code from your sim card certificate that comes with your sim pack when purchased,that is if you still have it with you,
