I had my Breadman TR875 for only a month and was thrilled with it. Then one of my teenagers dropped something on the lid and broke the glass. I tried the website in the manual and it was not working. I've called the service number on three different occasions now over a period of two or three months and I keep being told the lids are on backorder to call back in a couple of weeks. I can't seem to locate a replacement lid anywhere and I am really disappointed. I was in the habit of baking bread two or three times a week and I'm really missing my machine. Can anyone help me locate a replacement lid???????
