Simply RIGHT click in your browser window and a box will pop up. Close to the bottom of that box there is REFRESH, just right click on it and Bingo, one refreshed screen.

Have fun.

Can't connect to wireless, saying excellent signal but when I hit internet explorer it says the page cannot be displayed. all other wireless devices in house are working.

In the browser window under file make sure the 'work offline' selection doesn't have a check mark next to it. If it does, click on the selection to uncheck it and then refresh your browser. In IE 8 if you don't have the proper toolbar showing up top look to the right on the browser window where home is. Click on tools>toolbars and select menu toolbar. That will put the tool bar up top below the address window where one is used to seeing it.

Hope this helps!

Not connecting to internet yet, network connection fine

Open a browser window and don't worry that it won't connect to the internet. Look at the top right of the window and click on the "Tool" drop down menu. Scroll to the bottom and click on "internet Options". Now, click on the "Connections" tab. At the bottom of the window, click on the LAN settings button. When this window opens, make sure that only the top box is checked. This box says "automatically detect settings". Make sure all other boxes are UN-checked. Click ok and refresh the browser window and see if you can connect now.
