I need a user manual for my blackberry 8110 smartphone

Hi, it means all of the data and applications on the BlackBerry smartphone have been deleted. The only solution is a clean reload of the BlackBerry Device Software using BlackBerry Desktop Manager.

Hi, you need the desktop manager, and you need to download the current software version for that device, its going to wipe everything out on the device, but you will get the device to work. after you download the the software, you need to run it on your PC, and then use the APP loader on the desktop manager to install it to the device.

Step #1 Before starting make sure that BlackBerry Desktop Software is installed on the computer.
Step#2 Make sure that you have installed updated device software installed in your PC.
Step#3 Users can perform a full or selective backup of the data using the Backup and Restore tool in BlackBerry Desktop Manager by completing the following steps: Connect the BlackBerry device to the computer running BlackBerry Desktop Manager. Click Next. Click the check box next to Do not automatically backup the application data during the loading process. Clear the box next to Backup and restore applications installed wirelessly. Click Next > Finish. When the process has completed, the message The loading operation was successful will appear. Click Close to return to BlackBerry Desktop Manager.

for using gprs on ur blackberry u need to do some settings to ur handset.

A hard reset involves physically removing the battery from the smartphone and then reinserting it. To perform a hard reset, complete the following steps:

Still if it is not working kindly remove the Battery of the Handheld and try in some other Handheld.

You need to reflash the OS on the phone you should take the battery out first then connect it via the usb cable to the laptop/pc you are using then open the blackberry desktop manager,click on the apploader, then install the OS.

pls not that when u click on the apploader the pin should be PIN:UNKNOWN you make need to do this like 4x before the pc sees the pin:unknown but it will work once it see the pin:unknown you can re-insert the battery and continue with reflashing the phone

BEFORE ANYTHING !!!! use the desktop software to backup your data on the BB (if you can) and save the file to the desktop. next go to https://www.blackberry.com/Downloads/entry.do?code=577BCC914F9E55D5E4E4F82F9F00E7D4you need to download (use pull down menu)blackberry desktop software 4.6 and the blackberry pearl 8110 smartphone. install the desktop software first then the device software.. this can take maybe an hour (not including the download time)
