Konica Minolta Bizhub c203 printer will print from all computers in our network, but has stopped scanning

    This was my question, but the actual solution was just to reboot the main hub computer for the shared drive and it automatically reconnected to the scanner. (We hadn't restarted that computer for awhile)

Where do u scan e mail or folder? if e mail your smtp server ip may have been deleted/changed if folder the path may have changed/deleted or password changed on the server/desktop

Konica minolta c203 network connection ip fails

net wook cable ok, how about the nic connnection on the copier control board, have tech come out and look at it, mite need anew image control board,

Hi, I have a Bizhub C203 and the scanner does not seem to work since we lost our network yesterday. Network is now up and running but I don't know how to tell the scan function that!

hmmmm either your scan file was lost or changed to a new location or your email has changed or needs authentication... there are a bunch of different things that can make that happen, can you print to it??

What software do i need to scan through a PC?

GO THOUGH WEB BROWSER ONLY THING YOU HAVE TO DO SET UP IP ADDRESS, DOWNLOAD DRIVER FROM KONICA/MINOLTA FOR BIZHUB C203 THEN WEB BROWSE TO SET UP SCANNER SOFTWARE ALREADY THERE.

The print margins on my Konica Minolta Bizhub c203 cut off the bottom of my pages. how can I fix this?

Check and see if it does it on copies too. If so then your paper trays maybe out of center or your paper guides may be open. If everything is center and registration is correct, your print may be in the "Void Margin" this is an area around the page the machine will not put toner in. Konica Minolta Bizhub C203 copiers do not have an edge to edge print capability
