Learn how to load staples into an electric stapler in this free educational video ... Stanley Electric Staple/Nail Gun (TRE550) - Duration: 5:04.
There are 4 staplers in the Stanley SharpShooter family. You drop the staples on top of the "slide out loader," then slide it into the gun. See models and staple sizes below:
TR150HL Stanley Sharpshooter
Stanley SharpShooter TRA700 series or Arrow T-50 heavy duty staples
TR150 SharpShooter
Stanley SharpShooter TRA700 series or Arrow T-50 heavy duty staples
PHT150C SharpShooter Heavy Duty Hammer Tracker
TRA700 series or Arrow T-50 heavy duty staples (1/4"-3/8")
TR250 SharpShooter Plus Heavy Duty Staple/Brad Nail Gun
Stanley SharpShooter TRA700 series or Arrow T-50 heavy duty staples and 1/2", 9/16" and 5/8" Brads
First, try holding the stapler very firm to your project and make sure that the piece that you staple in to is backed solid with no give or springiness. second, you might try shorter staples,or . . try dialing in more tension by turning the big knob on the back end that has the "+" "-"
there should be a button on the bottom rear of the gun, when you press it, it should release a bar that you pull back. the nails go in the dirction you nail them. sometimes the clips are too big for the guns and you have to break about an inch off of them
Bought a new one. Stanley hold no spares in this country, so it was cheaper this way!
I am disappointed it broke so easily, so soon in its proper life. The part that failed seems poorly designed to me.
Pull the clip in the loader slot. Insert staples point side down. Slide loaded loader clip into place till you hear a click. You are now ready to staple! Enjoy, and make sure to staple the dog somewhere funny.
just bought it from b&q leaflet does not tell you much
