If you turn it off, it will charge faster. I've done both. This morning my charge was very low. Then I noticed the plug became out of the socket. Try it both ways, see what happens. If you are charging with it on, have you closed all your apps? Double press the on/off button on the bottom front. Any open apps will appear half size. Place your finger on the app, and slide it UP and "OFF" the unit. Turn it off, try charging. Be sure your plugs are all the way in. If you try it turned off, the unit will briefly show your current charge, then turn itself off.
A charging battery's light is red. If it turns green then it means it is fully charged. Since you had stored your battery for a while, try to charge it by using a battery charger to kickstart it. It should work. Whatever transpires let me know. thanks and rate this answer.
Easy. Remove memory card turn on re-charge shut down re-install memory card..... If it does not turn on with memory card removed, connect to charger and turn on
The most common cause is a flat battery. There is a trick to charging the battery in these small mp3 players. It wont charge if it is turned on, and it won't charges if it's turned off. Here what to do... 1. plug the payer into your USB port. or wall charger 2. switch thje palyer on using the mechanical switch (on the side) 3. turn it off by either holding down the play button, or selecting "System" from the menu 4. The screen will go black and the battery will begin charging.
1.Take out charging wires.
2.turn off your heli and insert charging socket into your heli's socket.
3.the charging green light will light up while charging.
4.charging complete, the green light will turn off.
5.pull out the wires and you are ready to fly. Let the heli's battery cool down for approx. 15 minutes before charging.
Your battery is recharged when connected to your computer. Turn the player off and connect it to your computer via the USB cord. The computer must be turned on. Initial charge should be for 10 hours with subsequent charges 3 to 4 hours for a full charge. A quick charge of 1-1/2 hours will give you a 70 percent charge. A fully charged battery will last up to 15 hours under normal use.
One thing that I have found that works is that you slide the switch to the "ON" position, but don't press play to turn it on all the way. Do this BEFORE plugging it into your computer. I have had the mp3 player fro a year or two and I have charged it about 15-20 times.
