Iomega zip 100 external hard disc

i download the driver on the site iomega.com
and windows XP don't find the component extern

is there a new driver?windows XP is available?

Same old answer to the same old problem for the 25 years I have been working with PCs. Not that the software company (iOmega) has bad software but YOU did not hold your tongue right. So, for the last 5 times you have searched for, and found, the same drivers; uninstalled and reinstalled; clearned registries; checked cables (although it works on the 6.22 box right next to it; it is still your fault.

Well your Q. is not very clear but as per my concern it is not a problem of Window XP. You have not download the correct Driver of it. Surch for the exact Driver and install it on your computer.

Iomega stubbornly refuses to make available the versions of GUEST.EXE that will work with DOS 100 meg and 250 meg zip drives and disks. DOS 7.1 is still a very useful operating system, and IOMEGA should...

I have an iomega zip 100 external drive. When I put a zip disc in it tells me that there is no disc in the drive. I try again and it still doesn't read the disc.

ur zip drive heater were not work properly, kindly check & clean it, or replace it
