You tube is blocked at my place. how do i unblock it

Fortinet can be unblocked using following points :-

Navigate to Ublocked Websites Proxy or Truly Unblock (see Resources). These proxies unblock filters originating from filtering platforms such as a Fortinet firewall. Your anonymity is also secure with these proxies because they hide your IP address behind their server.

2 Enter the Web address that is being blocked by Fortinet in the URL bar you'll find on the middle or bottom region of the page, depending on the proxy you chose to visit.

maybe your ISP or your system or network administrato in your work have filter or blocking proxies, go to this site: http://www.bypassitnow.info/ that link is what you type in the address bar now at the page that loads find the entry box where you can enter facebook.com and it will load, bypassing the filters, this process is called proxy server
