My Front Loader Bosch Axxis+ says pump is blocked. I take off the cap in the front and lots of water comes out, but there is no blockage in the pump. When the next load is started, sometimes the pump works, but more often it doesn't and so the cycle stops. I have removed all pipework from drum to pump and found no evidence of blockage, i have also removed all pipework from pump to drain, this also shows no signs of a blockage. When i spin the pump impellor by hand it give a magnet type resistance every 180 deg turn, is this correct or does the pump need replacing? (should the pump impellor spin free and smooth?)
I have the same problem, I even replaced the pump and still getting the same message, so it is not a problem with pump, it is may be the control pannel, a sensor is not sending the message to the pump.
The pum should do that but the magnet side may have saturated with water beyond the seal. i recommend replacing the pump.

The machine message is pump blocked but I am unable to take off the pump cap! Is there a secret to removing it?
I have the same problem. Moving the impeller helps but only for a while. Then it gets jammed again. Maybe it is time to change. Plan to dismantle it later, will share my findings.
