I need 'coby media manager' but where do i get it from? My mp3 is a mp705-4g

You need to install the Coby Media Manager for your OS. Connect the player to your computer using the cable. Using the media manager, select the music you want to upload and follow the prompts.

Coby Media Manager is embedded on the MP3 player. When the MP3 player is connected to your PC, that is all it will say is 'USB Connected'. To access the coby media manager, go to Start > Computer > It will be a 'Removable Disk' drive, double click it, inside of there will be a coby-mediamanager.exe file, this is the software, double click it to install it. 1. Connect MP3 player
2. Go to Start > Computer > double click the 'Removable Disk' drive 3. Double click the cobymediamanager.exe file 4. Install Coby Media Manager, follow prompts 5. Open Coby Media Manager, will be an icon on your desktiop. 6. On the left hand side of Coby Media manager, click 'Movies/Video', it will scan your computer for the video file. 7. Right click the video file > left click Sync. 8. Disconnect MP3 player and enjoy.

1. Did your unit comes with Coby Media Manager? THere are two versions of this unit, one comes with and one doesnt. You can usually tell, if your unit came with an Installation CD, then it doesnt use Coby Media Manager

2. To access CMM - Start > My Computer> Double click the removable disk drive that looks like a 'C' with a big red circle, follow prompts to open Coby Media Manager.

After download and installation, run Coby Media Manager:
select Tools > Device Manager...: select MP-550 from the list:
click Add : click OK to have the MP-550 as your operating device.
Under Device Configuration you can set the synchronizing location and
bitrate conversion for audio.
