Can't take my phone off charger

Replace the battery.

If the phone was totally dead before it refused to charge initially, then the refusal to charge is due to the fact that there was no residual charge left to bring it to a charge, because the battery completely died.
To fix it, kick start the charging process.
Remove the battery, and using a universal charger (desktop charger) charge the battery for say 10 minutes, before re- inserting the battery to the phone and continuing with the normal charging process.
If this does not work out, then problem is with the charging port. It has to be replaced. This can be done by nearby local phone repairers.

Hi, when a message comes up like that, it means your battery is not original and does not work with any charger. You need to replace the battery with an original battery before it will charge.

The phone should never be left to die out of charge anytime for good health of battery and phone.
So the problem is that the battery has completely died out so its not getting charged again, it bound to happen sometimes. So all you need to do is get it to a repair shop and just boost the battery initially so that it starts charging again.
Its similar to jump start in a car. So do not worry its a cheap fix only and never let it again to die out of charge.

Ok first of all you should never let a phone die out of charge at all.IF it dies out of charge there are chances it might charge again once you charge it but in some cases it wont, you need to boost your battery just like jump start your car.It cannot be done anywhere except some service centre. If you are not taking to your service center , then you need to buy a new battery.

keep it on and charge it if that doesnt work then buy a new charger

May be the battery won't have charge, keep 1 or 2 hrs continues charges, and if it is not working then you have to replace the battery set full.

remove the back cover and make sure the battery is inserted properly

Try another charger. I broke the plastic that locked into the phone on my car charger and had problems charging. The phone is very finicky about the contacts. Had to replace charger.
