    I have Nokia N 73 phone. I have forgotten Lock Code 2. The phone was switched off because of low battery. I know the PIN code but Locke code is not accepted. Kindly suggest the steps to unlock and reset the code.

    I have Nokia N 73 phone. I have forgotten Lock Code. I know the PIN code but Lock code
    is not accepted. Any suggestions to unlock and reset the code would be greatly appreciated.

    Dear Team,



    I want to format my N73, so i tired both method.
    Code methods- *#7370# ( It ask for the code which i put correct but it's show " code error " ) it didn't work.



    Then i tried the hard way Press and hold 3 keys; Green dial key, * (star key) and no. 3 key and then press the power on/off to switch on the phone. this also didn't work.



    Request you to help me on the same.

Did u try the master code ..if no give me your imei no. i will give u ur mastercode if the code is not working then no other option than formattin ur phone...

The serial number is 357652016479476 my girlfriemd used my nokia n73 phone and changed the security code on it now i can not put a sim card or put the usb cable from the phone to the pc because as soon as i turn on the phone it ask me for the lock code..

Forget the phone lock code
If you need the SIM Pin number to switch the phone on, then you have to enter any Pin number 4/5 times, then the phone will request a PUK number. This number was on the plastic card that your SIM card was attached to. If you don't have it, only your Network Service Provider can supply it to you.

If it's the Security code you need, to get into certain settings IE. erasing received calls, missed calls, timers etc... the Nokia default is 12345 if you didn't change it, but if you did change it and you've forgotten it, let me know, I'll tell you how to retrieve it.
