SYNC A707 will not make or receive calls...

I used my phone this morning....calls and receiving and sending text messages. I received a text and when I replied and hit send it would not send. I have a full signal and when I try to make calls it sits there, then just ends the call. When someone calls me, they get the phone ringing and my voice mail, but my phone will not ring. All the other phones in my family plan are working fine, and my acct is up to date. SIM card works in another phone. I have turned it off and on, I have removed the battery and reinserted....any suggestions? Phone is almost 1 year old.

SYNC SGH-A707 Cellular Phone: unable to make a call or receive calls phone says ...

Hi, your phone has a network problem.

Might be from the your service provider network or from the board of the phone.

Contact you nearest repair store.

You also check the network setting area in the phone.if it is been tampered with.

Take care.

Cannot send/receive texts on sciphone i68

Hi, this is simple, there is what is called a message center number on every mobile phone that allows you to send and receive text messages. Since you can not send and receive text message, then it's either the message center number is not there or that you have a network problem from your service provider. Contact the customer service section of AT&T to make a complain about it and the problem will be resolve immediately..

Take care

Cannot send/receive texts or calls.

Two things to try. One is remove the battery then remove the sim card make sure it is clean. Wipe it with alcohol. If it still does not work you may need to go to your nearest store and they should be able to check it for you to make sure there are no updates that your phone normally downloads and you never know it. Usually when they place a new tower. I had a similar problem. Also if your sim chip is bad ATT can replace it usually at no charge and that should fix the problem.

I have a Samsung 707 Sync and when I try to view my text messages all I get is a blank white screen.

I had the same exact issue.  Also, I couldn't send, receive or view old messages.
What I had to do was power it up without the SIM card.  You should get a message that there is no SIM card - that's ok.  Then power it down, re-install the SIM card and power back up.  My problem went away.

Texting while talking on phone

for 1 when in a call, hit the button right above the red END CALL button, the one that looks like 3 squares overlapping and the 2 arrows. scroll over to the messag option.
