When I open mail from YM I get error stating YM cant find http://login.yahoo.com/config/reset_cookies_token?... but, browser and email open.

You need to keep your browser clean for trouble free links and shortcuts - use ccleaner every couple of days or so.
Download 'ccleaner' and run it through a couple of times,using the factory settings and the 'Run Cleaner' control until 0 bytes are seen to be cleaned following a scan
Run the 'Registry' from the left hand toolbar but 'Save' any changes after opting to 'repair' errors.Never make changes to your Registry without saving the information.

Http login yahoo com config reset cookies token Problem
Hi inna!
Delete the cookies and retry
It'll fix it.

Please mention which internet browser are you using if you don't know how to delete the cookies.
Firefox:
Go to Tools>Options (a new window will open)
There click on Privacy option and then click on REMOVE INDIVIDUAL COOKIE (its in the middle of the screen)
Then search for the yahoo.com. click on it and then click remove cookie button.
Internet Explorer 8!
G to Tools> Internet Option> then under the Browsing History panel click on DELETE Button.In the new window only check the box behind the COOKIES and then click on DELETE button

Yahoo does not open at all!.
Go to https://login.yahoo.com/config/login_verify2?&.src=ym

If the login page did not show up, clear the cookies and cache of your internet browser and try again.

If the same problem occur, try different browsers like Firefox or Opera, so that you could isolate the problem. Might as well, try different computer.
