Just bought the Z1275. Inserted Kodak supplied batteries. Turned it on - took 2 pictures. Turned it off. Next time I turned on it immediately switched itself off & has done ever since.

Yes I am having the same problem. Using adapter. One day it works and now it doesn't. What are we going to do? Its already out of warranty

I press Power, the blue light flashes, then turns off. Already sent it in once, and obviously was not repaired!

We had our camera at the beach and it may have gotten sand on it, but ever since when we turn it on the blue light flashes for a few seconds and the camera turns off.

I used mine for 1 month & took 300+ pictures, loaded them to my PC. Took 10 pictures over a weeks time & while reviewing them, the camera powered off. I replaced the batteries, tried the "charged" recharchable set & the thing wont power up.WTF!!! .....the **** part is, we're broke & have a baby due any day.....we won't get pictures of our newborn.......signed - upset with Kodak....

My z1275 will not power up. i have good batt.what can i do.

Things to check first for a camera that won't turn on are battery contact points, and micro switches that are located on the battery and memory card doors. Troubleshooting tips on other things that need to be checked may be seen here. These tips won't work for every case, but they're worth a try.

I do not have a manual for my Kodak Easy Share Z1275 camera. It will not take pictures, it says internal memory is full. What do I do?

You need a SC or SCHC memory card to take more pictures than you have stored in your camera's small memory. You can get them at any Walmart or Best Buy. Just plug it in, and your camera will start saving pics to the card. Hope this helps!

Kodak Easy Share Z1275 stuck lens

**** a very common problem with most cameras. There hasn't been much of a solution for this problem except to try to wiggle the lens zoom while pushing and holding the power button.
Also make sure you have brand new batteries installed. Even the slightest dead battery will cause a problem.
