Press "MODE" and above it "SET" and it should help you re-set the time correctly.Hope this helps!

I have this watch, its actually a Sportline S7 and i couldn't find it on the website. The closest instructions I could find were for for the Solo Series 915 mens watch on the sportline.com website. Just click on the link and then on the right side click on the manual tab. There is a PDF manual there for download.

In checking out information about my new S7 ECG Heart Rate Watch, I noticed your posting. There is a Sportline website that enables you to down the product manual.... although I'm not sure it pertains to the S7. If this doesn't work, I'm sure there is a manual included with the watch I just received, and I'd be happy to email to you. Select "products" and then "see products" in heart rate monitors.

Go through the list of models to find yours and then click on "learn more".

Details of the monitor will be shown and you then click on the tab marked "manual".

Download your manual.

Have you tried looking up the instructions on line? Sometimes you have to hold down the buttons for a few seconds (up to 5). Do you see any wording around the edging like "mode" , "adjust" sometimes they are hard to see. Try this and if you still have problems PLEASE let me know I will research this further for you.

Using a Sportline but I'm an hour off with daylight savings time. How do I change the time, I can't figure it out. Can

Love my watch, Was placing it on wrist, time correct, pressed button to test pulse and everything went blank. Pressed reset button, with no effect. It has a high pitched whine when placed at ear.
Does this mean I need a new battery, and where is that done, so I don't mess it up.
Appreciate any help as I don't have the instruction book either,
