Trying to print a label in a 4 x 6 format but when it prints, it moves the contents to the bottom right corner as if the size of the paper was bigger...it cuts the information and we can't make it print as a whole in the label size...we have tried changing printer settings, using laser printers to make the tests, but nothing seems to work...help

Problem is solved by pressing the function key until "margin" comes up. Then press function key again while "margin" is selected. Use the arrow key to select the "###". Then once that is selected press the function key again. That solved the same problem I had. Good Luck :)

Hi there within the envelopes and labels print function within MS Word you will be able to set the correct label and sizes. If this doesn't work then adjust the margins.
This problem is nothing to do with your printer as you are sending a command to it and the printer is doing what you told it to do. Check the settings first.
Thanks J

This printer requires special software to print labels with. It uses a unique PCL language to work with. Thats why when you use these printers with Fedex or UPS software, it typically downloads forms first before working.
Zebra used to see a label designer program to work with it. You might want to check with them to see if they still carry it.
SOURCE: half of the labels information is printing
I'm assuming you mean half is showing up as you go across the label. If that is the case and it's a very clear line where the print is cut off, then check the print width setting through the front panel of the printer. Press SETUP and look for setting called MAX WIDTH. It should be set to 104MM (4") which is the width of the print head. It is set to something smaller if the print is being cutoff.
If the print is fading away as you go across then that it is a print head balance issue. Look at the print head pressure dials on top of the print head assembly to make sure they are set evenly.
Hope that helps !
