Kenmore 80 series washing machine leaks quickly during fill from unknown source. Small amount of water goes into the tub but leaks from wherever preventing more water to fill the tub.

Sounds like a drain hose or pressure switch hose is loose. Is the water leaking visible on floor?

My kenmore elite topload washer is leaking underneath washing machine leaving a puddle whats causing this?

depends. first and foremost, I would fill the unit up about halfway with water, with tub being empty of any clothing. Tilt the machine back where you can look underneath it real good. see if you see any leaks with it half full of water. If you don't see any leaks, put the unit back on all fours, and put it into drain/spin. After tub empties of water, tilt unit back again and check for leaks near the drain pump and hose. When starting the wash cycle, after 1-2 is shows HF.

do you mean f/h ,no water to unit ,,,check to make sure hot and cold taps are on both...check for kinked fill hoses ,,if theres water in unit already check,pump..it will not fill with water in unit,,make sure theres no leaks from hose anywhere,,,good luck, repost if moe help is needed

Replaced water inlet valve and I am still getting a slow trickle leak from top left opening in gray door gasket which will again slowly put water into my tub. Should I try a water level swtich? or some...

does this happen even with the machine unplugged?if so you have a problem with the new water valve.when you removed the valve what did you find in it if anything?if your hot water tank is rotting out i've seen this happen.pieces of the tank gets stuck in the valve and it wont seat right and water leaks through,how long did it do this right after you changed it out?also send the model number

My he3t washer when water goes in tub it leaks

most liklet to be a split pipe under the mashine lay it onits side and look under it at all the pipes replace the loos or split one

Kenmore Elite HE3t Front Load Washer leak from dispenser

I was just about to call the service teck when I decided I shouldn't be this stupid and try and fix it myself.

I took the tray out and looked in with a flashlight.
Saw nothing.
Cleaned the tray and then checked the drainage hole inside the opening where the tray normally feeds the machine the soap.

I found a inside of the liquid XXXKing laundry cap partially blocking the drain.

Took it out and works fine.

Dishwasher tub leaks underneath

Hello. Anything is worth trying! But I would recommend epoxy. It works alot better with plastic and rubber items. Most of the leaks I have found in Kenmore machines are at the water pump. You may want to take a peek while it's running, just stay away from the wires!! Thanks!

If you tip the machine back at an angle, you should see a clear plastic sausage shaped thing with a plastic tube coming from it, you will need to remove the plastic thig (pressure vessl) and clean it out.

You got it. Water Level Switch and Pressure Switch are one in the same. Before you purchase a new switch make sure the small air hose on the switch is still attached to the switch, and at the opposite end on the wash tub. If this hose is dislodged, clogged, or has any leaks (such as holes, rips or cuts) it will give the same symptoms. Good luck to you.
