My Dell Latitude D600 wont connect to the internet and it says my internet driver is gone. How do I download another one and transfer it to my laptop?

you mean that you dont have driver for your Network adaptor or u can say NIC, well u can download it from https://www.dell.com/support/downloads/ then burn it on cd or copy it on a usb flash drive.

if you have dialup connection so u can connect through modem and can download it.

I know this is a stupid question...but does my laptop need to have an internal modem to connect to the internet

well according to the specs i saw it already has a wireless lan card, an ethernet card, and a old school phone modem jack, so you should be good. are you having issues connecting to the internet via wifi?

I have a dell latitude L400

You can try setting up a new internet connection through the internet connection wizard, but you will probably need a disc from Sprint in order to do this.

Cant connect to the internet!!!

well first i can suggest trying to reinstall the drivers for the ethernet controller and the wireless card you are using. if that does not solve the problem, then are you subscribed to internet through cable, which is what your router connects to?

Latitude d600

the excellent connection refers to the wireless signal and not the internet connection, so go to tools on your web browser, internet options, then delete all temp files, history and cookies, close your browser down and open it up again and see if it connects, if not keep clicking refresh.

Try different sites incase there is a fault on the site you are trying to browse.
