I have a razr v9 and the screen does not work, i bought a new phone but they could not transfer the numbers without the screen, any ideas or can this phone be fixed at least to transfer the phone numbers
First, you may be able to repair it yourself for free. (You'll need a small Torx-bit screwdriver and a piece of paper). Here's a great video on YouTube that shows you how to repair it.

Unfortunately if it could have been done by your wireless store they would have done it for you. I feel your pain because I have had this happen to me as well. Having to put your numbers back in or trying to find them all is a royal pain.

yes if you turn the phone on and plug it into your pc..you can get your contacts and information,,get a copy of motorola phone tools,,they offer a patch to change phones.
