Try refomatting the memory card. Basically this removes all data from the card and makes sure it is empty.

It sounds like you have copied the pictures to your computer but NOT told the camera to delete from the camera card as you do so.

Check your camera manuals for details.

My memory stick of 1gb has full memory filled and now i m unable to see the photos loaded in it through the camera or the card reader

That means the memory card was corrupted. You need a memory card recovery to recover photos before seeing it. I recommend you use Card Data Recovery, i can recover data from corrupted or damaged memory card.

I have an Ultra II 4gb memory card that is locked and I can't seem to unlock it. I've tried from multiple cameras, card readers, and computers, but can't seem to get it to work.

SD cards have a slide switch along one edge. The position farthest from the contacts locks the card, protecting it from writes. The position nearest the contacts unlocks the card.

Hi, got new kodak camera and 4gb memory sd inside. i only took 8 pictures so far and said internal memory full. i dont understand why? i want to keep 8 pictures and it should be plenty as using 4gb and...

4GB "SD" cards are almost always actually SDHC (high capacity) cards. SD and SDHC cards fit the same slots, but they are slightly different electrically. Many cameras won't work with SDHC cards. SDHC is not backwards compatible.

So your camera is not able to use the 4GB card, and is ignoring it and using internal memory only. That memory is tiny and won't hold many pictures, and when it is full, the camera cannot work at all. You need to delete the pics in the internal memory and get a memory card your camera can understand (2GB or less).

Can't initialize SanDisk Ultra II for S7000

try formatting it in the computer, then initializing it in the camera.
It's possible that the camera can only handle memory up to 1Gb. Try a 1g CF card.
