    note

The Operating System of the computer should be Windows 2000 or higher.

Supported file types are MP1, MP2, MP3 and WMA.

Transfers of music can be done by going to "My Computer", seeing the player as a portable device. In Windows you can explore the player as an external USB device: a drive letter of 2 GB.

Transfers can be made by "copy and paste" or "drag and drop" from computer onto the external USB device.

Before disconnecting the player, always go through the icon safely remove hardware in the right corner below of the computer screen.

Download m4a music to the sylvania smpk4444?

MP3 players can only play music files in mp3 file format. You can download mp3 music files from the Internet to your computer and then copy them to your MP3 player using the USB cable. For your CD collection, you need to convert your CDs to mp3 music files onto your computer or download them from the Internet and then copy them to your MP3 player after you have connected the USB cable to the MP3 player and the computer.
You can do this using Windows Media player and Rip the CDs - Media Player will create a MP3 music file for each music track. Click on this link for instruction on converting music files to mp3 file format :- http://www.fixya.com/support/r5798418-creating_transferring_mp3_music_files

You didn't specify the model of your Sansa player, but you may find the proper manual here. First select the language to get a new page and then the model of the player on that page.

I just received a sylvania SMPK8099 MP3 player and I'm trying to figure it all out.. I can't seem to get it to charge the battery. I've followed the instruction but it doesn't seem to be...

Sylvania mp3 player lost your cd here is the softwear for you to download

You can try an overnight charge. If that fails, the usual remedy is to return the device for service under warranty. Failure to accept a charge suggests a bad battery. I find no DIY instructions identifying a change of its battery. As to the driver failure, this is likely a compatibility issue. You have not identified your operating system. The user manual may identify which OS the device is compatible with. Try installing the driver with the device disconnected, reboot, plug in the device, reboot again. I believe the device worked with Windows 7 or XP but am uncertain if it worked with other OS.

Sylvania mp3 player smpk1021/smpk2021

Well folks after thinking about this long and hard, I have finally figured this little device out. What we all though was a piece of junk works!! Just wish some directions would have been sent with the MP3 Player. All you need to do is simple make sure you have Real Player the SMPK 2021 is completely compatible with this player drag and drop your music and add to your device. It works great.. you can also delete any old music and upload new music but all needs to be done through your real player!! You can also add videos the same way!!! I am more than willing to help you out... took me long enough to figure it out, hate to see someone bang their head against a wall as much as I have.... so good luck My Mp3 is now rockin
