Apparently the Cook's Essentials products are exclusively sold new by QVC.

I do not find a manual for your model of convection oven. It may not be manufactured any longer. It is listed as "unavailable" on the QVC website.

I have found some web pages indicating the manual for the oven is available for download, but I do not trust them as safe, meaning: I suspect some malware may be downloaded to your computer along with the manual.

Very bad for the TV, don't do this!
Got the remote control? Switch on or off (full operation) from Standby with it and just use the main manual switch on the TV for, say, morning ON for the day and evening OFF for the night.

Look at the power supply for bad solder joints, burnt parts, bad capacitors first.

i have a soyo 32' flat screen tv. i bought it a couple of years ago, but i have a manual that i can photo copy and send you

1 - Hold the clear tv buttom until all 4 light flash red
2- Press the red tv buttom
3- Press the amount of time needed on the up cursor ( around select buttom) until your tv shut down
4-When the tv goes off press the search buttom ( at the end on the right side )
5-Press record

Then u can use the red tv buttom to control ur tv and u can control the volume on satelitte mode without going back to tv mode , if u press too much time while searching the code and the tv wont light back , do the same thing but instead pressing the up cursor press the down one to go back on the code it will be faster .

What do you mean by explosive change in loudness? The volume goes up and down by itself?

I am having a problem with my DTV-373 also. I called QVC customer service and they gave me a number to call for service. My unit is under warranty also. When you call this number one of the promts is "Press 1 if you bought your product from QVC". The person will take your name and address. They will send a repair kit to your house. When you receive the kit you call the number back and they will send a service person to your house to fix it. Mintek has gone bankrupt but this service was hired to fix problems and cover warranty. QVC has done a great job with this. I am sorry I do not have the number in front of me at the moment.
