You should download the drivers of the bluetooth installed and check the pc bluetooth configrution

to connect PC and mobile through bluetooth, you should have a bluetooth dongle or a bluetooth facility already in the PC, switch on the bluetooth, find the devices and enter password 0000, on select the device found in PC (mobile), refresh services, right click, select dial up networking, contact service provider for settings.

if you have bluetooth device in your PC then install the driver of the bluetooth then your mobile will search by your PC.

Generally every bluetooth device comes with driver CD.Some bluetooth drivers may preinstalled or inbuilt in windows XP with plug and play support.If bluetooth device drivers not present in windows, you have to install driver manually from CD, supplied along with your bluetooth device.

After Inserting bluetooth it pop up a message"New Hardware found",if drivers are inbuilt, operating system directly installs driver for your bluetooth device.

After Installation Go to control panel of your PC click on bluetooth icon,then click on search for active devices, if your mobile bluetooth is on pc will show your mobile name,then you have to pair your pc and mobile by supplying same pass key on both devices. So it completes pairing. Now you can share files between PC and mobile.

After installing bluetooth driver you can install Nokia PC Suit software for better management of your mobile content.

Nokia PC Suit software varies in unit models. If you had installed pc suit for nokia 6680 then you need also to install the pc suit for your nokia N70 phone. Use the support cd to install the software.

it's problem releated to your handset softwear,
try to backup your phone then formating it and try again,
and if problem still exist post ur problem after mentioning the trubleshooting you done,

buy a bluetooth device for pc then install it to your pc after success full installation you can connect now from phone to pc.
