My word file is corrupted by a virus and it all shows ~dulla^@204 texts so many times any help how i can recover my word and pdf files?

What else do you think it could be but a corrupt file? Two programs say the file is corrupt....the file is corrupt. Have them resend the file if you can, otherwise it's lost.

You will have to turn off auto back up so that when it cleans the virus it does not re save it again.
