I have a Dell A920 printer that is connected perfect to my computer. I have gone through the help on the Dell Printer Solution center and nothing is helping. It will print a page blank or will a little black here and there and it shows full ink levels for the cartridges (which I replaced thinking they were dried up). I tried cleaning it through the solution center and manually with canned air. It still won't print, does anyone have any idea what could be wrong or has it just died? Sincere thanks!
