you can get in touch with motorolla for replacement or find one online .. the motorola razr is not sold through att anymore and is being discontinued through alot of carriers..good luck finding another one more of your options are goin to be online though .. motorolla's # is 800-331-6456

Search for "chocolate 3 lcd" on Ebay. For ~$26 and a little technical work you can replace the outside & inside LCD module.

It would be best to take the phone and hve the lcd replaced by a professional tech to save any damage that you may cause on the phone.

try the new battery, but be sure it the right battery and fully charge V6.0 or higher. if no change, than you may have damage on the inside from the liquid discharged (short)

ok fred you have loose socket in the LCD to main board or the flex ribbon wire thats connect the LCD and the main board! or if not work if you did that! change flex ribbon wire! and or the LCD.

I use to work for Cingular Wireless and this happened often. Try opening and closing the handset a little forcefully. It should re-seat the screen onto the contacts. If that doesnt help, have it replaced since its new. Best of Luck.
