"Your Mobile Internet (GPRS) has now been activated. Please send "Make< space>Model" to 58355 to get GPRS settings ,
eg.NOKIA<space> N95 to 58355."
GPRS settings will be sent to the Customer along with, "Accept the GPRS Settings & Save them. Then Switch OFF and Switch ON the Handset once."
This shows that you don't have the GPRS and MMS settings received on your phone. They are to be received from your Network Service Provider.Since you are using BSNL Network please do the following steps to receive the packet data settings on your phone. Call 9400024365 OR sms GPRS to 53733 to activate your GPRS service. Thanks for choosing Fixya.
If you are a BSNL mobile subscriber and want to get Internet on your
mobile through GPRS then you will need to configure your mobile for GPRS
access.
But before configuring, you need to get GPRS services activated for
your mobile.Earlier this year BSNL has activated GPRS on all prepaid
mobiles. So you just need to configure your mobile and go
surfing.Postpaid users will need to activate it as there are different plans for postpaid users. However,
in case GPRS in not activated by default in your area, you can activate
it by sending an SMS as follows, depending on what type of user you are. BSNL PREPAID:
SMS GPRSPRE to 53733 .It can take 24 hrs to get activated and you will get a confirmation message after activation.
BSNL POSTPAID:
After you decide on the plan SMS GPRS49 or GPRS199 to 53733.It can take 24 hrs to get activated and you will get a confirmation message after activation.
Configuration settings for GPRS access:
After your activation is done you need to configure your mobile to
get GPRS data. You have to send a message to 58355 which contains your
mobile model.For example-If you have a Nokia 5800 ,SMS "Nokia N5800? to
58355.
Soon you will get WAP,Portal,GPRS and MMS settings from BSNL.Save
them all to your mobile.Use either WAP or GPRS as your default access
point if your mobile asks for it.
think you didnt select your BSNL settings as default setting ,so only your getting as 'subscribe to packet data first'.
As you said it says 'only 20 sets are allowed', there are plenty GPRS settings present in your mobile.please go to default configuration settings and delete all the settings which you previously stored in it.
Now call your BSNL and ask them for the GPRS settings they wil send GPRS setting and MMS settings also. please save it and make it as default settings. Then you can start using the GPRS connection.
If you didnt select it as default setting, follow the below steps to set it,
please follow the steps down to set your BSNL setings as default.
Regarding the GPRS settings you have to contact the mobile operator .Contact customer care of your operator and request for the settings. If they say the settings are not available for your mobile model.Kindly note the settings manually by asking from customer care or by looking into settings available in other Bsnl mobile. Just create settings manually and use the GPRS.Ensure you activated necessary GPRS package plan.

I suggest that you should go to their office to set it manually. If they can't able to send you the over-the-air settings. Nokia N73 is GPRS capable, but I think it should be done manually.
