Email I cannot send or receive E mails, As soon as I click to open one the hour glass symbol appears and the computer no longer responds

when you open a new e-mail , along the top tool bar you will see a section --high importance low importance or a click box read receipt you can click on read receipt and the receiver on opening will get a message to respond to the e-mail or it will automatically tell you that it has been opened
try that and see if it is your answer
to test send an e-mail to your own e-mail address subject test
and in the body of the e-mail write something and click on that receipt box
you should get an e-mail to you and when you open it the answer should be sent back to you

To respond messages, click on inbox and open your mail. when you open your mail, you would found a reply button OR reply to All. Click on it and draft your mail. and click on send.

DO NOT RESPOND TO THIS EMAIL.. DO NOT CLICK ON ANYTHING.. DELETE IT!! ...You WILL regret it.. its a pfishing email.. or some type of virus, malware, trojan, etc..etc..

i can't access my e-mail in my laptap

when I access my yahoomail ! classic, I get page about blank writen on the computer result and after some time it shows,program is not respondig since four days. What should I do.

This should help. When the hourglass symbol stays on, press and hold down the start button for at least 15 seconds. The screen should clear and then you can navigate back to the correct opening screen and select music, videos, photos etc. as you require.

How do you check your email? Do you use Outlook Express?
