Hi guys i dono what happen to my phone suddenly its stopped working....... the screen working gud but the keypads they r not working....
even im unable to swithoff the cellphone.......i tried so many times by pulling the battery and put it back...but the problem was not solved......
plz some one help me

Reset to factory settings.
Ths prob is may be due to deposit f carbon in ic....or due to moisture.
At hme u cn take a lamp wd 100 watt bulb nd place it over ur cell(remove battery, nd covrs).moisture wl get removed nd cell wl work properly
NOTE: try ths 4 5 mins only.
if still prob is nt solved thn tk it to mobile repairn shop to get ths carbon fixed.(its not costly)
This type of problem occurs due to Key IC or by carbon problem in keypads. To solve this follow the following steps :
1. Remove the top and bottom cover of handset
2. take off the keypad and then wash it with isopropile solution
3. then wash the entire PCB with this solution and then clean with a
soft cloth.
4. now test the keypad may be your problem will solved.
5. if it still malfunctioning then change the key clock IC. it will surly solve the problem.
