The KIA shop manual (both my hard copy and kiatech) show the locations of the bolts on the "Cylinder Head Cover" --aka valve cover-- and they provide the torque at 35-52 lb-in (4-6Nm), but they don't specify a tightening order.
Normally crisscross middle to outside edges, hand tight, half torque and full torque. Better to do the job right, do it once, replace the gasket.

... Stratus / Chrysler Sebring / Pt Cruiser 2.4 Head gasket Install and torque specs We took this video to ... 2004 Chrysler PtCruiser head gasket
Install the gasket so that the surface with the identification mark faces toward the cylinder head.
Tighten the bolts to the specified torque in the sequence shown below.
Buy a gasket kit for the upper end. Remove the valve cover intake and exhaust manifolds. Remove the head bolts. Remove head and clean up block from old gasket material. Take the head to a machinist and make sure that it is not warped. If it is warped either replace the head with a new one or have it machined true. Install new gasket and get torque specs with new head bolts and follow torque sequence using the correct torque specs. Clean exhaust, intake and valve cover of old gaskets. install new gaskets and torque according to specifications.
join delphi forums, they have many many tips for concerns, search for a royal star forum in there.....GREAT PEOPLE, i belong to the vstar rider one. but look into replacing the weak clutch springs with heavy duty barnett springs, probably just weak..... oil changes are with motorcycle wet clutch oil? auto engine oil has additives that will cause slippage . good luck
looks like there is special sequence to reassemble and tightening, a quick note replace any bolts that have two punch marks.tighten as follows:
10 4 2 6 8
7 5 1 3 9
torque all down to 15 ft lbs
torque to 30 ft lbs
plus 90 degrees.
Good luck!
