91 Honda civic is leaking oil from a sensor located on the head is not the oil sensor the location of this sensor is on the left side of the head facing the fire wall
Re: 91 Honda civic is leaking oil from a sensor located...
If the engine has an overhead cam it could be the cam position sensor. If the threads are leaking remove it wrap teflon tape on the threads and re-install it. If oil is leaking threw the sensor replace it.

If there is a fuel issue, check your main relay (its under your drivers side dash to the left); the sodering points might have been cracked in the accident; as they tend to wear out and crack due to heat and wear anyways.
Mrs PETERSON the knock sensor located on the side of the engine block to the inner side under the inlet manifold and close to the oil filter and oil switch.
THE OIL FILTER IS LOCATED ON THE PASS SIDE OF THE ENGINE OR (IF YOU STAND FACING THE HOOD OF THE VEHICLE, IT WOULD BE YOUR LEFT) TOWARDS THE BOTTOM EASIER ACCESS FROM BELOW.
dear friend-i do not think the oil comes from the hear gasket but rather from the distributor, make sure that the oil is not running down onto the head gasket and the shows as a oil leak from the gasket.
it is located on driver side left of fusebox on my 91 civic hatchback. You have to look, its not under the dash but under the side portion where the air vent for heat & air cond. is. Held on by metal bracket that is attached to the relay. you may have to stand on your head to see it or remove your lower dash panel portion to get to it. probably have to pull bolt out of bracket first to access the relay. It took me a bit to find mine but thats where it was.
I dont know where do you live, but honda civic 1992 don use carburator, they are fuel injection, you can have coolant temp sensor problem, or map sensor problem, run diagnose jumping the diagnose wires loated in the passenger side, kick panell close to the door wall, better get the repair book in the parts store to locate the conector ,and read how you can run the diagnosis
