What is your TV signal source? Press the Input button on the remote and try another input. (Make sure a DVD player or set-top box is on.) If you are on the TV input, try a different channel. Next make sure that your cables are securely connected to the TV and devices. Replace with new cables to test them. If you use an OTA antenna with a splitter, try a direct connection. (Similarly, if you have an amplifier on the signal, try a connection without the amplifier.)

For OTA or direct cable connections, try accessing the Channel Setup menu and rescanning for channels.

(I get some weak channels that give No Signal messages when the transmitter has a problem or the weather is bad. I've also had a signal splitter/amplifier fail and block specific channels by becoming a filter. The direct connection identified the amplifier problem.)

Check the Chanel 7 broadcast signal on the other tv have sound,could caused by the tv broadcasting signal from the tv station itself.Check if ur tv have a function known as S.A.P. make sure it is off,could effected no tv audio problems,because the tv station in ur city or town don't broadcast in that signal frequencies.

U are using a antenna to do a recieving for a Free AIR DTV incomming braoadcasting tv signal channels siganal?Yes.U are using two different tv antennas signals wright?The Sony one just require a stronger and a better antenna signal,not all flat LCD or Plama tvs recieve the same strenghth signals.Some tvs design require a strong or a very strong signals strenght to get all the tv Free AIR DTV braoadcasting tv channels.Buy a better tv antenna design like a Digital amtenna will solved this problems for the Sony tv.

The direct tv box is the problems and the causes.Unplug,replug the direct tv box about an hour later for the box to reboot and upgraded it software.The direct tv signal should be back.If still not getting a signal for channels,the direct tv box have problems.Call the direct tv customer service,exchange for a new direct tv box.Should solved ur problems.

Many RCA TV sound problems are caused by SAP function being activated by TV station equipment that converts Analog TV signals to HD signals. Accidental pressing of the wrong buttons on your remote can also cause this problem.

The incorrect conversions causes the Audio settings to be changed from Stereo to SAP by the received signal.

Solution is to go to Audio set-up in customer menu and change settings from SAP to Stereo. If you find that settings are wrong, change them to "Stereo". Do channel scan if you are using the TV tuner/remote to select channels. Turn off the TV and unplug for 60 seconds. Check the settings again and reset if required.

Usually a TV that pixelates only on some channels is a problem with the signal levels coming into the TV or the cable box. If you are using a cable box then definatley the signal is the issue..
