because every version OS has special driver , try uninstall driver and install again

as it is so far out of date and unsupported by Microsoft , there are no drivers available from win xp
If you cannot find the drivers on the manufacturers web site for the units you may have to up grade to win 10

Are you trying to do a fresh install? or upgrade from another operating system? Generally have to do a fresh install when going from 32 bit version of xp to 64 bit. IF you have more than 4 GB of ram installed, you may have to remove some, then install 64 bit XP Pro, then install your ram after. (this is a known problem with some machines and 64 bit xp) IF this is none of the above?
Please add a comment with more information as per your BSOD. This way I can identify with you what it is the system does not like

do you want to reactivate the win220 pro installation on the harddisk which now you cannot access?
insert win xp pro install cd and run the repair process
or
if you have partioned the harddisk, simply do a new install on another partition, mark this active and now you should be able to boot up and access the old installation.
copy the non-microsoft programs plus personal data (everything that is not in the windows folder) to the new installation,
then run every single program from the new installation

That is the problem with XP...Those softwares which were workin is not supported by XP...(different platform)...or else go for the software developer and get the XP version

If you are using windows XP -- as unreal as it sounds just plug the device in and allow the Plut and Play installer to do it's thing -- it will appear as a device without a driver (in the device management list) but it will generally work. I have tried it on an HP machine and the control panel for sound and audio devices voice tab (as well as the audio tab) needs to be set to the plantronics device, too -- if you use the sound icon in the system tray the device seems to reset periodically to the one in the sound and audio control panel (just learned yesterday). The headset control on the wire -- the mute button (red illuminated button) has ceased to work for some time (possibly around the Service Pack 2 update) but the volume control does seem to work.

I have the circuitry guide for the DSP box. I'm going to consider the top of the board the part with five connections, and the bottom is the part with eight connections.
From left to right on the top, the insulation colors are: red, white, green, black, no insulation.
From the left to right on the bottom, the insulation colors are: white, copper, copper/green, blue/green, red/green, red, copper/blue, green.

Recently on an HP desktop computer I found setting the device in the Sounds and Audio Device Control panel Voice Tab (and possibly Audio Tab) to reduce the issues with the device ceasing to work. Setting the device from the Sound Icon in the System tray recently only a very temporary fix where the settings reverted to the Sounds and Audio Device Control panel settings in at most minutes. This is at best an I hope it helps solution as I do not know your specific hardware and software configuration we cannot test a solution.
