Re: Paper feed on my Konica 7020 is jamming can you help?
It depends on where it is jammng, if it is in the feed area change paper or clean the feed rollers above the paper tray. If it is crunching the paper look to see what is stopping it and correct it. If it still jams in the machine you need a tech to see why.

misfeed is different then a jam. jam is the paper hit something miss feed the paper rollers can not pick up the paper. clean the rollers or replace them and or there associated clutches
I would try taking some cleaner such as fantastic or formula 409, remove the paper trays and clean the feed rolls then open covers and clean any rollers in the paper path.
You can also use rubbing alcohol, but a soapy cleaner tends to do better.
Does this happen when he orginals go thur the document feeder? How does the copy look if the orginal is placed on the glass. Vertical feed problem mite be dirty rollers or dirty clutch,
Please check the sensors and actuators ,open & close front door to reset nisfeed.Clarification Top feed = Automatic Document Feeder? If YES,please verify misfeed paper beetween coverplaten and feedbelt(Yellow). Is necessary disassembly the ADF.Good luck. You will find a little paper.

I suggest you get a sheet of Card Stock (Heavy
paper) and place it in the feed way. Then press the print
button applying a slight amount of pressure on the Card Stock so it
will feed through the printer. The reason for this is in some cases I
have been able to clear the paper track of debris that was deposited there
over time.
Worth a try, as I have fixed a number of printers this
way, saving costly repairs.
Hope this helps.Bud
One very major we see with RADF's is that someone has pulled a jam in the reversed direction and by doing so has pulled a switch actuater out of position , I suggest you check each switch that you can to see if the switch /actuater is not loose or out of position . Next try cleaning feed tires with alcohol and paper towel to ensure proper feeding.
