Motorola Razr Security Code

The code should be the last 4 digits of your phone number. I do not remember how to reset to fac. settings. If that code does not work for you, repost and ask for the reset instructions.

The default lock code is 1234.

If you changed it and forgot the unlock code, At the Enter Unlock Code prompt, try entering 1234 or the last four digits of your phone number. If that doesn’t work, press menu button and enter your
six-digit security code instead.Default security code is 000000.

If you forget other codes:

If you forget your security code, SIM PIN code, PIN2 code, or call barring password, contact your service provider.

While you get the other codes, service provider will ask for your personal details to check whether the mobile belongs to you only. If they are satisfied with your answers they will provide with the PIN code.

the security code is by default the last four digits of your cell phone number, but if you have changed it and you cant remember the code you will need to do a master reset on the phone

Contact your provider... your sim card must have a pin code copy which you can use to unlock your phone...

If you have like a phone lock, you would need the security code for your phone.. try to google for how to obtain security code for your phone model.. =) have fun

Have you tried the default code?
By default the code is the last four digits of the phone number assigned to the phone. However if the code was changed there is no way to retrive it other than taking it to a tech and having the firmware reset.

there are various sites available which provide you unlock code if you know your imei no(15 digit).
simpler way is to go to professional software repair person, he will just do it for you
