Go
to file, then down to print, when the print dialog comes up click on
copies and pages and go down to print settings and change from color to
black and white or grayscale. Hope this helps.
Check to see that the "Greyscale" tab hasn't been set, and it is set for color printing this is in printer properties.
Steps :
**click on print **then a box will come up and select advanced options and fine where it says print grayscale ** then select the color
Maybe you need new black ink cartage, or new color if its one pint cartage. follow the procedure under the bonet to change the ink cartages,. hope this helps
You can goto printer settings and choose black and white printing only, it will be there in one of the options of your printer.If your printer has only one cartage Color, then when you rpint in black and white you are using all 3 colors to create this black and white, nothing much you can do there. But if your printer has two cartages 1 black&white, and 1 color then tell it in settings to print only black and white, hope this helps

Due to not used your cartage the opening of the cartage lid become freeze so put it for some time below running water and then try to print it will work
So here it goes: Open the cover as if you would change the cartridge.
Then press the little black button I highlighted in the picture. Keep
it pressed, push “copy” on the left and then the (print) black button
on the right of the lcd. The printer will somehow work and work. Wait
until it rests again. Then close the cover and press the black button
again. Now it should copy… and print, and so on.
