Hi, I have an Innovage Gear sports watch. I do not have the instruction manual, and I cannot make it stop beeping every hour. This beep is separate from the alarm, which was quite easy to turn off.
To turn off the hourly beep: While holding the lap/reset button down, press the mode button. When all 7 day flags show, the hourly chime is on. When no day flags show, the chime is off.
If your watch is a Timex with a START/STOP button then, press the button once and the Chime is off. If the Colon : is flashing, then the Chime is active. The Colon is located between the hour and the minute.
A lot of times on watches the same way you turn the alarm off is also the way you get rid of the hourly chime. Look at the display on your watch there are symbols on the watch that let you know the alarm & chime are on or one or the other. If there are no symbols then everything is off. I do not know what your watch looks like. But how ever you turned the alarm off be it a button or a combination of 2 buttons do it again & see if the symbols change. Right now there should be 1 symbol on your watch for the chime (beep) so do what I told you & either that symbol will disappear and there are no symbols. Or 2 will appear or a different one. If that happens keep pressing the button until all the symbols are gone. Normally the symbols look like a bell or ))). I hope this helps
I have a casio pathfinder and this drove me mad. I finally worked out that i needed to turn to alarm mode. With this watch you can set 5 alarms and the final one says :00 if you then press the top right button the hourly chime turns off - nice and obvious - not.

Hi, I can see the chime symbol )))) is on. Pushing various combinations of buttons turns the alarm (a bell symbol) off and on, but nothing seems to remove the )))).
