Please check the port of keyboard / mouse if its / usb-port then try some other port if other then use connector to DB port sure after transferring keyboard / mouse please restart device or system otherwise install required software for wireless devices
The keyboard is not recognized by your PC. By the way, do you have the software installer for your keyboard.? Run the installer in your PC, and try again if it now recognize the keyboard.
if you go to the control panel, to hardware, in the keyboard section you should be able to uninstall the internal keyboards driver which will stop it working.
Hi. I have just worked out how to solve this as I had a similar problem. When you change the batteries of a Belkin Wireless Keyboard model F8E332ukBNDL you need to reconnect the keyboard to the wireless receiver that plugs into the USB port. To do this you press the 'Connect' button on the receiver and also press the green LED connect light at the top right of the keyboard - the one that flashes each time you press a key. I'm not sure in what combination you press these but I pressed them both and it worked.
Here is the sequence to connect keyboard and mouse to receiver:
Press Connect button on receiver, and within 10 seconds press the Connect button under the mouse. Wait 15 seconds. Then press the Connect button on the receiver and within 10 seconds press the Connect button under the keyboard.
Today I tried pressing the reset button on the bottom of the mouse, and at the same time pressed the button on the top of the remote reciever. I'd pressed both in the past, but never at the same time. This seems to have fixed this problem. I hope it's a solution for others also.
I suppose you should reset the keyboard and mouse and maybe the access point itself. Try find small buttons on each devise and press them AT THE TIME. You may need somebody's help. Those buttos can by hidden under mouse and keyboard and should be on the top of the access point. This depend on the model, so please reffer to a manual.
