Cant install creative 5.1

I cant install creative soundblaster 5.1 in my windows 7,in the same installation CD i installed creative wavestudio and creativemediasource ..only 5.1 is not working..

Creative Labs Sound Blaster Live 5.1 Digital
right Click on it > Properties > Windows XP Compatibility > Apply > Ok.
Then double click and install.

My computer won't find my sound card.

It sounds as if Win seven doesn't support the drivers for your sound card. You might go to their web site and see if they have come out with drivers that are supported by Windows 7.

I need drivers for SB0220 soundblaster

you need to update to windows 8 when you have updated you need to remove your soundcard and reinstall it.then you need to reboot your system windows will then find your soundcard and automatically update your drivers.hope this is of use.

Windows XP applications do not work with Windows Vista. When launched, it will display a message "The audio device supported by this application is not detected. The application will exit" even though your Sound Blaster card is working properly.
If you have installed any Windows XP applications for your Sound Blaster X-Fi card, it is recommended that you uninstall these (Windows XP) applications before installing the Sound Blaster X-Fi Vista Installation CD. To uninstall, go to Control Panel, and select Programs and Features, and then choose the applications that you need to uninstall.
