I have a MY-50T. I recently purchased a Western European Unlock key, Oder No.NMS-3069050. I cannot successfully install this product. I have followed your instructions very carefully, and tried at least a dozen times.I get to step 13 , but Europe is not displayed on the list of Continents, only Australasia.The ''Select Maps'' is grey, and therefore can't be selected.Somebody at your 'phone help advised mto uninstall and then re-install Navdesk. I've done that but it didn't fix the problem. I estimate that I have spent about 10 hours trying to fix this problem. Please help.

    The first response did not fix the problem.

    I don't know if the problem is that the European map is not on the DVD that comes with the GPS device, or if it's that the software is not able to load the map from the DVD to the GPS device. (It's a Navman MY-50T )

    To provide a solution to this problem will need an expert to have specific expertise in Navman products, especially its software.

Did you you remove any existing mapping on your device first before installing these maps (western european). that could be causing that.

Ok it maybe due to the fact that you do NOT actually have that map loaded in, You need to go to the Navman website download the map, and then unlock it. You connect up to the PC via, USB and using the Navman software download the map.

I found another program for restoring the system, i have never used the product your reffering to, and i cant guarentee that this will work, but its worth a shot, and im sorry you have gotten bad advice, i found out that you may need to use this program to re install the unlock key. http://www.microsoft.com/windowsmobile/en-us/help/synchronize/activesync-download.mspx i hope this helps! im sorry i cant assist more... I need my product key to start MS Publisher

The 25-character product key is found either:
* on the packaging if you purchased the software at a retail store,
* in your E-mail, if you made an online purchase.

If you recently bought a new computer, it could have had a "trial" version of MS Publisher installed. After the end of the trial-period, usually 30 to 60 days, you must either stop using the software, or follow the on-screen instructions to make an online purchase of a license-key.

Recently bought a Garmin 205 and was told that there is a free update I am unable to do this please can you help

There are two types of updates for Garmin GPS units; firmware and maps. "Firmware" updates are always free and can performed by downloading the webupdater program from:

The site above provides a Webupdater download link and complete, easy to follow instructions. Connect the GPS to your computer & run the Webupdater program from time to time to make sure you have the latest firmware running in you GPS at all times.

Map updates however, usually require a fee be paid to access. If you purchase a GPS within a certain period of time from when a new map set is released, you'll often be allowed a "one time" free update. After that, you'll have to purchase map sets one at a time (at intervals of your choosing) or, purchase a "lifetime" map set subscription. Maps are updated up to 4 times a year, and a subscription allows downloading up to 4 map sets a year. The subscription is slightly more costly than a one time purchase, and for most people, is a much more cost effective method.

I recently purchased a desk top, it allready has a free trial for microscoft office, however I cannot adequetly access it because it required a Product Key (25 chartacters) how do i obtain this

A product key is a unique combination of 25 numbers and letters. The product key is used during Microsoft software installation to "unlock" or to open the product. If you do not enter the product key when you are prompted during the installation, the product may not open until you enter the product key. The product key is typically located on an orange or yellow sticker on the back of the CD case or the DVD case.

To obtain a new product key for your Office program, contact Microsoft and speak to a customer service representative. To do this, visit the following Microsoft Web site:

Word 2007 product key

You will want to check your receipt from Toshiba, sometimes that is included in your purchase - but often times it is just a trial. To unlock Word you will need to purchase a license (product key) from Microsoft.
