Hi,
I hope this is your default page in your IE. To remove this follow the below steps
1. Open IE 2. Goto Tools -> Internet Options 3. In the 'General' tab click 'Ues Blank'

Problem when opening IE7

http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=74005 is a default home page for IE.
So when you change your Home page on Internet Option Home page are you sure you have type correct address (e.g. http://www.google.com/) and press OK.
