When i turn the tv on it comes up the main screen like,tv, hdmi,1 exc.then with in secounds it goes to a black screen it will not let medo anything unless i turn off and does the same thing i need help whats wrong with my tv thanks

It seems silly but have you tried a different cable? I have one and the hdmi quit working but the other inputs were fine.

I had this same issue, however it happened to be the HDMI cable that I used that was causing it, no idea why. I knew the cable didn't work well with my PS4 connected to the TV. But I used that same cable to connect my PC to the TV and the Input menu was going nuts. I disconnected the HDMI from the PC was still doing it, soon as I disconnected the HDMI from the TV it stopped. Just an FYI.

you may need to change the HDMI board in the tv. it will be the hole board the parts are just to small to replace them all to get the HDMI board working again. find a second hand replacement. should be fine with another known working one.

It sounds that the main digital board to this TV is faulty. Contact any service technician.

Are you turning "OFF" the TV with a power strip ? or a switched wall outlet..

Check your power source..

Buy another HDMI cable.Try another HDMI cable with another HDMI hub on the tv port.If u still have the same problems,mean the whole main tv Tuner signal board have problems and the caused.Tries websites like Shopjimmy.com,Ebay.com to buy a whole new refurbish tv Tuner signal board for the replacement.

You probably have some bad buffer boards as well as a bad Y-main bd and or a bad X-Main bd. Have a trained samsung tech troubleshoot the set.

Try this

1. Turn ON TV
2. Connect PS3 to TV HDMI input
3. select TV HDMI input for PS3
4. turn OFF PS3 if it is ON
5. Press and hold the [I/O]Power button until the PS3 until you get the "HDMI Detected" message.

Also, this TV has a circuit that deactivates the HDMI if the rear cover is removed. It is possible the HDMI may have been turned OFF. This is reset in the service menu of the TV.

Try to replace the Main Board one more time.
