Hello. Remove the burners, wrap them in ammonia soaked layers of newspaper and slide the whole thing into a large plastic bag which you close with a twist tie. Next day rinse em off, remove any loose debris, let em air dry and..... enjoy your clean grill burners. Joe

My Carlin 60200FR states flame detected but has no flame. I reset and clear faults and still nothing happens. What can I do to fix?

If your Carlin 60200FR burner is displaying a "flame detected" message but there is no actual flame, there are several potential causes for this issue. Here are some troubleshooting steps you can take:
  1. Check fuel supply: Ensure that you have a sufficient supply of fuel oil or gas to the burner. Verify that the fuel valves are open and that there are no obstructions or blockages in the fuel line.
  2. Inspect ignition system: Check the ignition system components, such as the electrodes or spark plug, depending on the type of ignition used by your burner. Make sure they are clean and properly positioned. If they are dirty or misaligned, clean or adjust them accordingly.
  3. Clean or replace fuel nozzle: The fuel nozzle may be clogged or dirty, preventing the proper fuel flow. Clean the nozzle using a suitable cleaning agent or, if necessary, replace it with a new one.
  4. Check for air intake blockages: Inspect the air intake for any obstructions or blockages that may be preventing proper air flow into the burner. Clear away any debris or dirt that may be hindering the combustion process.
  5. Verify electrical connections: Ensure that all electrical connections to the burner are secure and properly connected. Check for any loose wires, damaged cables, or faulty connections. If necessary, tighten connections or replace damaged components.
  6. Reset the burner control: Resetting the burner control can sometimes help resolve issues. Locate the reset button or switch on the control unit and press or toggle it to reset the system. Follow the manufacturer's instructions for resetting the specific model of your Carlin 60200FR burner.
  7. Consult the user manual or contact technical support

Kingavon mobile calor gas heater ignites but no heat

There could be a few different reasons why your Kingavon mobile calor gas heater is not producing heat despite igniting. Here are some potential causes to check:
  1. Burner or pilot light: Check to make sure the burner and/or pilot light are not blocked by debris or dust. Use a soft brush or compressed air to clean them off.
  2. Gas supply: Make sure the gas supply is turned on and there is adequate gas pressure. Check to see if the regulator is working properly.
  3. Thermocouple: The thermocouple is a safety device that shuts off the gas supply if the pilot light goes out. If it is malfunctioning, it may be preventing the gas from flowing properly. Try cleaning or replacing the thermocouple.
  4. Gas valve: The gas valve controls the flow of gas to the burner. If it is faulty, it may not be allowing enough gas to flow through to produce heat. Try cleaning or replacing the gas valve.
  5. Ignition system: If the ignition system is not working properly, the gas may ignite but not produce enough heat. Check to see if the spark electrode and ignition module are working properly.
If none of these solutions fix the problem, it may be best to contact a professional repair technician to diagnose and fix the issue.

What is the roll over procedure for a dometic rv fridge?

The procedure that you are probably thinking of entailed turning the refrigerator upside down for 24 hours, then righting it and turning it on. Though doing this will not hurt the unit try checking these things first,
  • Door closing properly? Check the door gasket.
  • Overpacked refrigerator? The unit will have to work harder if the refrigerator is stuffed and results in higher cabinet temperatures. Arrange the food in the unit to allow for free air circulation.
  • Is the burner dirty, damaged or not properly located under the ue tube?
  • Is the burner jet clogged? is the flame " clean?"
  • Is the ue baf e inserted properly in the ue tube?
  • Is the LP gas pressure low at burner?
  • Is there proper air clearance behind and around the unit?
  • Check the tubing behind the unit, is it damaged ? leaking?

Inner burner-- front right burner - does not heat up

you have either a bad switch or a bad element. If you plan on repairing this yourself, turn off the power to the unit BEFORE removing it from countertop. A continuity tester will be needed to properly test components. Nice Saturday morning homeowner project.
